For want of a better title: "Interview"

I have an interview today. Interviews don't bother me, unless I really, really, want the job. There's the rub. I think I really want this job. The reason I really want this job is that I have been doing it for the last 9 months. I'm an agency temp, you see, not actual staff. I want to be staff because then I can go about climbing the corporate ladder to a more interesting position. I don't mean to suggest that this position isn't interesting (and in terms of stress, it is much easier than my last job - but then so is pile surgery), but I know that I will want more any day now.
