I think the universe has a sort of general intelligence, especially where we Homo Sapiens are concerned. I was researching the Broadway show "Wicked" on the internet - it is an amazing show that I really want to see based on the events leading up to the start of The Wizard of Oz - and the next call I get (I work in a call centre) was from a woman named Dorothy.
This is not an Earth-shattering event, but when little coincidences like this happen it makes me sit up and remember that we live in a universe that is essentially completely beyond our control in any lasting sense.
I've got to go now, but I want to explore this in much more detail later...
