We had the preview night of Footloose last night. I have to say that, as far as energy and talent is concerned, this is one of the best shows I have ever been a part of. The cast is young (well, mostly), good looking, and exciting, as I've said before. Not only are they exciting, but they are also excited, and when you're doing a show about the youth of middle America rising up against their oppressors, that is of great importance.
If you live in the area, and you want to get excited by something, come and see this show. I would say that even if I weren't part of it. The first week is sold out, but fear not - we run for a further two weeks in the current venue, and then we have a week off before moving further out of the city for another week.
