I love Japanese food. Any (authentic) thing of any sort from this country amazes me, but I love the food - sushi in particular. I could live on sushi, I really could.
Yet what I want to talk about is the famed Japanese tea ceremony (If you look out of the left window you'll see I've included a link to a page describing the ceremony). I really want to conduct one someday, but I would love to just participate in one soon. I may have to look into it, because even just reading about it calms me immensely, making me feel like the very personification of tranquility.
